  • Upon entering, the Gift Shop will be on your left. Follow the signs to Elevator C (look for the sunflowers on the elevator) or the Yellow Elevator. Turn right into the elevator corridor and go through the double wooden doors.
  • There are two suites, A and B.

This location has two high-field machines including an open-bore option.

1.5T GE Signa Artist combines high-quality imaging with a patient-friendly, open-bore design. The wide opening provides additional space compared to traditional machines to help patients feel more comfortable. This system includes A.I.-powered imaging software to produces highly detailed images while helping reduce scan times.

1.5T GE Signa HDxt system delivers high-quality images to support accurate diagnoses across a wide range of exams. Featuring a traditional MRI opening and advanced imaging technology, it provides reliable results while helping ensure an exceptional exam experience.

What is A.I. Powered Imaging?
Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) is a new technique used on many of Shields’ MRI machines. By removing excess noise and artifacts, it creates sharper and clearer images, all while reducing scan times. A.I. significantly enhances exams—so you spend less time in the scanner and get more-precise results.
