The fastest way to get access to your MRI and PET/CT reports

Our self-service Patient Portal, Patient Connect, is secure, quick and available 24/7.

On the portal you can:

  • View and download reports instantly
  • View your images

Results are typically available 24 – 72 hours after your appointment. This platform allows us to keep your patient data secure while providing the fastest access to your reports and images. Create an account with just four easy questions to get started.

Our medical records team manages the patient records for most Shields MRI sites. Below are the MRI sites that we cannot release records for. You need to call the below facilities directly to obtain your MRI records:

Patients: Request Your Medical Records

If you need a hard copy of your medical records (CDs, reports and images) mailed, faxed or emailed you can submit a request through our online form, then sign a medical release form. This works for MRI, PET/CT, and ASC patients.

Third-Party Medical Record Requests

If you are an attorney or an individual requesting records on behalf of someone else (not the legal guardian) fill out the form linked below to request patient records.

Physicians: Request Your Patient’s Medical Records

Referring Clinicians and Specialists Offices: If you don’t currently have an interface with Shields or an SEL account, you can request electronic copies of patient records performed at Shields.

Did you know? You can request MRI or PET/CT images to be sent or shared electronically with your PACS or image-share solution. We currently integrate with over 100 platforms, and would be happy to work with your IT team to make image sharing as seamless as possible.
