Tisha Delmore is Chief Financial Officer at Shields Health, managing the company’s financial strategy, reimbursement, and administration and its joint-venture partner sub-companies. She oversees the finance, reimbursement, payer contracting, and purchasing functions, as well as facilities, real estate, and development. Tisha is committed to the high level of integrity and transparency for which Shields is known for.
Tisha started with the Shields team in 2014 as a Controller in the Finance department; from that time, she has continued her growth at Shields as the Director of Finance, Senior Director, and Vice President of Finance. While at Shields, Tisha has built new efficiency processes to streamline the monthly close process, secured financing for development and growth in both the MRI and ACS sector, and implemented many changes to update the finance system.
Prior to joining Shields, Tisha worked in public accounting, focused on healthcare clients. Further, she worked as a Controller for Princeton Review as well as Claris Vision, where she developed financial policies and procedures, implemented process improvements, and integrated acquisitions.. Tisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Providence College and is a licensed CPA.
