Excellent service, as always. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Firstly, the folks at the information check-in desk were all pleasant and greeted me giving me directions to my destination this being the first time at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. I then was escorted by an assistant when I failed to find my way around the hospital. All the people I interacted with were very polite and making me comfortable for my needs. If necessary it will be a pleasure for a return visit.

Staff is patient, friendly and genuine. They make the whole experience nothing to dread. And they remembered me!
