Within a of couple minutes, my name was called and I went in to get the injection which went well. The most impressive part of this was that same lady when I came out had me sit in a separate little area and she filled me in on exactly how the PET/CT scan works. She was really very informative and so friendly and pleasant. After about 45 minutes of waiting for the injection to work it’s magic, I was quickly brought into the scan where it took all of 15 or 20 minutes and I was done. I’m in a wheelchair with oxygen so they were very accommodating and extremely helpful. I would recommend Shields 100%!
