Firstly, the folks at the information check-in desk were all pleasant and greeted me giving me directions to my destination this being the first time at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. I then was escorted by an assistant when I failed to find my way around the hospital. All the people I interacted with were very polite and making me comfortable for my needs. If necessary it will be a pleasure for a return visit.
