I don’t usually write reviews—but I had to make an exception. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with genuine care, professionalism, and kindness that went far beyond what I expected.

The front desk team was welcoming and efficient, making check-in easy and stress-free. The MRI technician took time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. You could tell they truly cared—not just about doing their job, but about how they did it.

Everyone was very professional and considerate. I had an MRI of my ankle so my head was outside. They installed a ceiling mural of a really nice landscape that was a very classy touch. The whole experience was 5 stars.

Shields MRI in Brighton is wonderful. People who care about their medical procedures AND their patients. I highly recommend.
