Christine Mavillia

Christine Mavilia is the Chief Transformation, Compliance, and Risk Management Officer at Shields Health, bringing over 20 years of experience and deep expertise in the organization’s clinical and business operations. Christine leads transformative initiatives focused on enhancing patient care through innovative technologies and streamlined workflows to drive efficiency and excellence, in addition to overseeing the Compliance, Risk Management, and Facilities divisions.

Throughout her career at Shields Health, Christine has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s strategic direction. As Chief Talent Officer for more than 10 years, she transformed the Human Resources department, showcasing her leadership and dedication to the company’s success.

Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Lesley University, an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Bryant University. Her dedication and contributions have earned her multiple awards, including the Shields Employee of the Year Award (2005) and the Founder’s Award (2013).

Outside of work, Christine is active in her community through supporting youth programs. She enjoys traveling, reading, spending time outdoors, and being with her family in her spare time.
