Important Medical Records Information:
We manage the medical records for most Shields MRI & PET/CT sites. Below are the sites that we cannot release records for. Patients need to call the below facilities directly to obtain records:
- Maine: Central Maine Medical Center, 207-795-2480
- Boston: Tufts Medical Center (MRI), 617-636-0063
- Cape/South: Cape Cod Hospital, Fontaine, Wilkens, Falmouth, Sandwich, 508-862-5540
- Concord, Westford: Emerson Hospital, 978-287-3907
Self-Service for MRI & PET/CT Patients (Preferred Option)
The fastest and easiest way to access your MRI and PET/CT reports is through our secure patient portal, Patient Connect. Using Patient Connect is quick, secure, and available 24/7.
- View and download reports instantly
- Patients can also view their images
- Results are typically available 24 – 72 hours after your appointment.
Note: Patient Connect is available for MRI and PET/CT patients only.
Request Medical Records (Surgery, MRI & PET/CT Patients)
If you are unable to use Patient Connect or need a hard copy of your medical records (including reports and images), you can submit a request through our online form, then sign a medical release form. Shields Health has partnered with Sharecare Health Data Services to process these requests.
