Please note that there is no seated dinner — dinner stations will be available from 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Employees scheduled to work on Sunday, January 27: All Shields offices will be open during normal business hours on Sunday, January 27. If you are scheduled to work and would like to attend the meeting, please work directly with your manager to find coverage.
Gas & parking: All employees are responsible for their own transportation and will not be reimbursed for gas or mileage. This is an optional event and attendance is not required. Parking will be available free of charge.The best lot for parking is the one by the Putnam Club.
