Once we the order is delivered to Shields, you’ll receive a confirmation and we’ll begin working on your order. Your patient typically receives a call from Shields within 24 hours to schedule the MRI, however, if we have questions, we’ll contact your office directly.
It’s important to know that authorization from the patient’s insurance company must be in place before their exam.
